§ 790-030. AREAS OF APPLICATION

This ordinance shall apply only to properties within the Tierra Buena Community Services District that hook up to the treatment plant, are outside the Stonegate Village Subdivision, and are not entitled to use sewage capacity allocated to a lot within Stonegate Village Subdivision.
