§ 732-030. PENALTY

Latest version.

Every person who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction by any Court having Jurisdiction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail of the County of Sutter not exceeding 50 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
