It shall be, and is hereby made unlawful for any person or persons either as owners,
principals, agents, servants or employees, to establish, keep, maintain or assist
in establishing, keeping and maintaining, within the limits of any unincorporated
town, in the County of Sutter, State of California, any slaughterhouse, dairy, or
other place injurious to the health of the neighborhood.
