§ 720-060. PENALTY

Latest version.

Every person who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before any Court having jurisdiction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail of the County of Sutter for a term not exceeding 150 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
