It shall be and is hereby made unlawful for any person or persons except physicians,
clergymen, undertakers and those holding written permits from the health officer,
to enter or depart from any house, tenement or other placement of abode wherein any
case of small-pox, yellow fever, cholera, scarlet fever, or any other contagious or
infectious disease exists, during the time such place may be under quarantine.
