§ 715-070. MANDATORY REVIEW

The board of supervisors shall review this chapter no later than January 1, 2003, to determine whether it should be continued in effect, amended, or repealed, given the scientific evidence then available concerning the safety of applying sewage sludge or nonhazardous ash to agricultural land.
