§ 600-015. FINDINGS OF REASONABLY NECESSARY AMENDMENTS

The provisions of this chapter are reasonably necessary because of local climatic, geographic, and topographical conditions. These findings are made pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 17958.7 and based upon evidence presented to the board of supervisors at their April 20, 1999 meeting.
