§ 490-010. AUTHORITY AND TITLE

Pursuant to the authority granted by Article XI, section 7, of the California Constitution and subdivision (d) of section 25123 of the California Government Code, the Board of Supervisors enacts this Chapter as an urgency ordinance, which shall be known and may be cited as the "Sutter County Walnut Theft Prevention Ordinance."
