No person shall use loud, boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting, or indecent
language, or engage in other loud or disturbing conduct by the use of any musical
instrument, amplifier, loudspeaker, or other noisemaking device, or engage in any
disorderly conduct, or behavior tending to a breach of the public peace and enjoyment
in any park area or recreation facility. Any person who is loud, boisterous, threatening,
abusive, insulting, or publicly offensive will not be permitted to remain within any
park area or recreation facility.
