§ 435-090. VIOLATIONS—PENALTY

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment in the County Jail not exceeding six months, or by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by both such imprisonment and fine.
