Chapter 430. TRAFFIC SIGNS—DESTRUCTION |
§ 430-030. CASH REWARD
The County of Sutter hereby offers a cash reward for the arrest and conviction of any person or persons who violate the provisions of this Chapter. This reward shall be in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00) and shall be payable for the conviction of each and every defendant charged with a violation of this chapter. In the event that such reward is claimed by more than one individual, the two hundred dollars ($200.00) per convicted defendant reward shall be apportioned in accordance with the majority decision of the Road Commissioner, the Sheriff and the District Attorney of the County of Sutter acting as a committee to determine to what extent each of the various claimants contributed to the conviction of that person or persons charged with and convicted of violating this Chapter.
