§ 421-010. PROHIBITED TRESPASS

It is unlawful for any person to enter or remain upon any posted property during those hours prohibited by the signs posted thereon without the written permission of the owner, tenant, or occupant in the legal possession or control thereof. "Posted Property" means any property owned by a public agency within the County on which signs have been placed in the manner hereafter described.
