§ 420-040. PARADES

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a parade in the unincorporated territory of the County of Sutter unless and until a permit to conduct such parade has been obtained from the Sheriff of the County of Sutter or, as hereinafter provided, from the Board of Supervisors.
