§ 350-010. AUTHORITY

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1203.1b(e) of the California Penal Code, the provisions of Section 1203.1b of the California Penal Code shall be operative in Sutter County; and a procedure is hereby established whereby in any case in which a defendant is convicted of an offense and granted probation, the court may, after hearing, make a determination of the ability of the defendant to pay all or a portion of the reasonable costs of probation; and of conducting the presentence investigation and preparing the presentence report made pursuant to Section 1203 of the California Penal Code.
