§ 315-080. TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT-TRANSPORTATION

The public agency receiving the benefit of services of prisoners pursuant to the terms of this Chapter, shall supply all necessary tools and equipment for said prisoners and shall further provide the necessary transportation for said prisoners to and from the county jail save and except in cases of emergency the Sheriff may provide the transportation, or in event any department of the county has no facilities for such transportation, the Sheriff may provide such transportation at his discretion.
