§ 305-024. [SAME—INQUIRIES]

Pursuant to California Penal Code Section 13512, the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training and its representatives may make such inquiries as are deemed appropriate by the Commission to ascertain that the County of Sutter's public safety dispatcher personnel adhere to standards for selection and training established by the Commission.
