§ 301-010. JURORS COMPENSATION—CIVIL MATTERS

Pursuant to the authority of Code of Civil Procedure §196, trial jurors in the Superior and Municipal Courts of this county, in civil cases, shall be compensated for each day's attendance as a juror at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) per day. Trial jurors in the Superior and Municipal Courts of this county, in civil cases, shall be reimbursed for mileage at the rate of twenty cents ($0.20) per mile for each mile actually traveled in attending court as a juror, in going only.
