§ 210-140. PENALTIES

Latest version.

Every person found violating any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the Sutter County Jail not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
