§ 205-050. VIOLATION AND PENALTIES

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision or fail to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than six months or by both such fine and imprisonment.

    Each and every violation of any provision of this chapter shall be deemed to be a separate offense and shall be punishable as herein provided.
