§ 86-020. MEMBERSHIP

(a)

The Sutter County Domestic Violence Council and Child Abuse Prevention Council shall adopt bylaws providing for representation by public agencies and private organizations concerned with domestic violence and child abuse prevention and its effects. Such bylaws shall also provide for unaffiliated public members.

(b)

Public agencies shall include representation from the justice system, law enforcement, social services, and schools. Private organizations shall include professional organizations, health care providers, and organizations providing services to domestic violence and child abuse victims.
