§ 84-010. ELECTION OF EXEMPTION

The County of Sutter, pursuant to the authority provided in §17403.1 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, elects to be exempted from the mandatory obligation to pay representation fees under that section, but the County of Sutter shall retain the authority, despite such election, to pay representation fees in such instances as the County may deem appropriate.
