§ 81-020. USE

Pursuant to the authority contained in Sections 1262 and 1264 of the California Military and Veterans Code, the County of Sutter desires to make the above designated Veterans Memorial Community Building and its facilities available to qualified veterans organizations. The County of Sutter wishes to ensure veteran use as well as provide for other compatible uses by persons or organizations other than veterans. Accordingly, qualified veterans organizations shall be entitled to first priority of use pursuant to the scheduling provisions set out in Section 81-030.
