§ 80-050. OFFICERS

Upon the establishment of the Commission, or as soon thereafter as convenient, the Commission shall meet for the purpose of selecting a chairperson and vice-chairperson, as designated officers of the Commission and duly charged with the normal responsibilities accruing to these officers with the understanding that annually thereafter, in the month of July of each year, a new designation and selection of officers shall occur.
