§ 76-020. COMMISSION FUNCTIONS

Latest version.

All the functions of the Delinquency Prevention Commission established pursuant to Ordinance No. 569 on July 30, 1973 which commission is abolished by the enactment of this present ordinance, shall be assumed and performed by the Sutter County Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commission.
