§ 75-005. APPOINTMENT

Latest version.

The appointed member of the Board of Supervisors shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Supervisors. The at-large member appointed by the Board of Supervisors from among those listed in subdivisions (a) and (b) of Section 75-004, shall serve a term of three years and may serve an unlimited number of terms.
