§ 74-030. APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS

Members of the Welfare Advisory Committee shall be appointed upon the nomination of the members of the Board of Supervisors representing each supervisorial district, as follows: Each member of the Board of Supervisors shall nominate three members to serve on the committee.

Members of the Welfare Advisory Committee shall serve for terms of two years, commencing at noon on the first Monday following the first day of January of every odd numbered year and until the appointment of their successors.
