§ 73-040. PUBLIC AUTHORITY CREATED

The Board of Supervisors establishes a public authority whose powers and authority are derived from and consistent with the provisions of Welfare and Institutions Code sections 12300 et seq. The public authority shall be known as the Sutter County In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority and shall be referred to as the "Authority".
