The powers, functions, and duties of the Sutter County Planning Commission shall be
all those permitted or required by the laws of the State of California for county
planning commissions. Pursuant to section 65100 of the Government Code, the Sutter
County Planning Commission is assigned the planning agency function of section 65867
of the Government Code.
