§ 71-010. AUTHORITY

Latest version.

Pursuant to the authority set forth in Government Code §12750 as well as §100610 of Title 22 of the California Administrative Code, the Sutter County Community Action Agency is hereby designated a community action agency for the purposes set forth in said sections and as contemplated by them.
