§ 6-013. APPROVAL OF BOUNDARY CHANGE

The boundary change proposed by the Belden petition meets each condition of Government Code section 23202. The proposed boundary change is effective subject to the following conditions:
(a)

The property to be detached from Sutter County shall also be detached from Sutter County Service Area C and the Fairview Cemetery District.

(b)

The petitioner shall pay to the Sutter County Planning Department costs of one thousand one hundred ninety-six dollars and eighty-six cents ($1,196.86) plus three hundred dollars ($300.00) to cover other county costs.

(c)

The effective date of the boundary change shall be the date of the completion of detachment proceedings authorized by the Sutter County Local Agency Formation Commission.
