§ 6-010. BELDEN PETITION AND HEARING

The County of Sutter has received a petition pursuant to Government Code section 23200 et seq. signed June 22, 1992 by Robert and Kathleen Belden and others for detachment from Sutter County and transfer to Yuba County of 128.14 acres. Appropriate notice as required by Government Code section 23207 and the conduct of an appropriate hearing pursuant to Government Code section 23208 have occurred. None of the protests which are the subject of Government Code section 23209 have been received.
