§ 52-595. SOCIAL SECURITY

Effective July 24, 1982, the County will no longer contribute 3.5% of each supervisors' contribution to the Social Security program. Such contributions shall become the full obligation of the supervisor, and appropriate deductions for this obligation will be made from the supervisors' pay in accordance with appropriate federal laws and regulations.
