§ 44-010. County Agricultural Commissioner—County Director of Weights and Measures Consolidated

Pursuant to the authority of Government Code §24304(p) and any amendments thereto as well as the provisions of County Ordinance No. 857, the duties of the Sutter County Agricultural Commissioner and the Sutter County Director of Weights and Measures are hereby consolidated and combined effective January 28, 1982.
