§ 42-050. ESTABLISHMENT OF FEE TO PAY DELINQUENT TAXES IN INSTALLMENTS

Any person electing to pay delinquent taxes in installments pursuant to the provisions of article 2, chapter 3, part 6 of division 1 (commencing with section 4217) of the Revenue and Taxation Code shall pay to the tax collector a processing fee in the amount of twenty dollars ($20.00). Such fee may be collected on the tax bill.
