§ 40-010. SHERIFF—CORONER—CONSOLIDATED

Latest version.

The duties of the Sheriff of the County of Sutter, State of California, and the duties of the Coroner of the County of Sutter, State of California, are hereby consolidated and the person elected or appointed to fill the united and consolidated offices of Sheriff and Coroner shall take the oath and give bond required for each of said offices.
