§ 32-040. SEVERABILITY

  • If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this Chapter is reasonably separable from the remaining portion of this Chapter is, for any reason, to be held invalid or unconstitutional such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of the remaining portions of this Chapter, it being herein expressly declared that this Chapter and each section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause and phrase thereof would have to be adopted irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
