§ 27-050. APPLICATION OF FORMAL BIDDING REQUIREMENT

Public projects greater than such sum as is set forth in Section 22032(c) of the Public Contract Code as amended from time to time, shall be let to contract by formal bidding procedures except as otherwise provided by applicable state, federal, and Sutter County rules, regulations, policies and ordinances.
