§ 18-020. APPOINTMENT—REMOVAL

The County Surveyor shall be appointed by a majority of the Board of Supervisors, upon the recommendation of the Development Services Department Director. The County Surveyor shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Supervisors, and may be removed by a majority of the Board of Supervisors at any regular meeting without cause.
