§ 16-010. APPLICABILITY

This Chapter addresses the procurement of supplies, materials, equipment, products and services by the County of Sutter except those public projects, as defined by California Public Contract Code Section 22002, which are addressed in Chapter 27 of this Code. The Chapter also addresses the disposal of surplus personal property by the County of Sutter.
