The Board of Supervisors may, at its discretion, enter into a written agreement with
the County Administrative Officer under such terms and conditions as agreed to between
the parties including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits and removal from
office. If the Board elects to enter into such an agreement, it shall not be bound
by the provisions of this Chapter.
