§ 1770-220. INSPECTION, REMEDIAL WORK AND USE OF SECURITY

All permit applications submitted shall include a provision which authorizes the Director to enter and inspect any property subject to the permit to assure compliance with the provisions of this Chapter and any applicable standards, laws, regulations and ordinances. The application shall also authorize the Director to perform the remedial work contemplated by Section 1770-130 and to finance that work with any security posted for that purpose.
