§ 1770-190. TERM

A Grading and Erosion Control Permit shall be effective upon the date of issuance and shall remain in force for a period of one year, unless it is otherwise suspended, revoked, or voluntarily relinquished by the recipient. Prior to expiration of the permit, the recipient may apply for an extension of time within which to complete the proposed work. The Director shall have the discretion to authorize extensions as necessary.
