§ 1770-160. ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW

Applications for Grading and Erosion Control Permits may be subject to the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). All applications will therefore be reviewed to determine the applicability of CEQA prior to approval and issuance of the permit. Any application subject thereto shall be required to comply with all CEQA requirements prior to issuance of the permit.
