§ 1770-120. COMPLIANCE WITH PERMITS AND STANDARDS

Any act performed under the authority of a written permit issued pursuant to this Chapter must be done in accordance with the terms and conditions of the permit and in compliance with all applicable standards, laws, regulations and ordinances. Failure to comply with these provisions shall constitute grounds for suspension or termination of the permit pursuant to Section 1770-260 of this Chapter.
