§ 1750-140. PERMIT APPLICATION

(a)

Persons seeking a wastewater discharge permit shall complete and file with the Development Services Department Director an application in the form prescribed by the Director, and accompanied by any applicable fees. The applicant may be required to submit, in units and terms appropriate for evaluation, the information on the volume, constituents, and timing of the discharge; and applicable site plans. Applicants will be required to certify the accuracy of the information submitted.

(b)

The Director will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information before permit is issued. A permit may be issued subject to terms and conditions provided in this article. Persons discharging under a permit must reapply to the Director for a new permit if the person desires to make significant changes to their operations or systems which might alter the nature, quality, or volume of its wastewater.
