When a discharge of wastewaters or any other substance causes an obstruction, damage,
or any other impairment to the County's sewerage system, the County may assess a charge
against the user for the work, materials and services required to clean or repair
the affected portions of the sewerage system.
No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently damage, destroy, uncover, deface
or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment that is part of the POTW.
Persons doing so shall be liable for damages.
