§ 1750-040. DISCHARGE OF UNPOLLUTED STORMWATER PROHIBITED

No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any unpolluted storm water or surface runoff, or dry weather discharge authorized under the County's NPDES Storm Water Permit or by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board such as groundwater, roof runoff, basement seepage, water from a swimming pool or spa, subsurface drainage, and/or cooling water, to any sanitary sewer. Storm water and all other unpolluted drainage shall be discharged to such sewers or drainage courses as are specifically designated for stormwater discharge.
