§ 1701-150. NO DUTY TO ENFORCE

Nothing in this Title shall be construed as requiring the County to enforce the prohibitions in this Title against all or any properties which may violate the Ordinance. In the County's prosecutorial discretion, and as the County's resources permit, this Ordinance may be enforced only as to a limited number of problem properties per year. Nothing in this Title or the absence of any similar provisions from any other County law shall be construed to impose a duty upon the County to enforce such other provision of law.
