Any person, firm, corporation, or partnership which willfully violates any of the
provisions or fails to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of this Zoning
Code is guilty of a misdemeanor or infraction, except that nothing herein shall be
deemed to bar any legal, equitable, or summary remedy to which the County of Sutter
or other political subdivision or any person, corporation, or partnership may have
including, but not limited to, the assessment of administrative penalties under the
provisions of Chapter 87 of the Sutter County Ordinance Code.
