Maintenance.
Signs, including supports, monuments, and architectural embellishments, shall be maintained
in a state of good repair at all times. Damage to signs shall be repaired in a timely
manner.
B.
Remedy.
If after 90 days of written notice from the Director a sign owner has failed to maintain
a sign, the sign may be declared abandoned by the Director. Any re-use of such sign
shall require compliance with the appropriate permitting requirements of this Chapter.
